Southern Plumbing Plus has a workforce of about 100, most of whom work in sales or logistics roles. We also employ accountants, clerical staff, plumbers, marketing people, designers and we have our own training officer and maintenance staff.
The company operates under a Collective Agreement, meaning that all staff—no matter what their function—work under the same employment conditions.
Southern Plumbing Plus offers its employees clear career opportunities. We have managers who started as delivery drivers. Because of our rapid and continual expansion, we are always in need of staff who have the potential and the drive to become successful in whatever task they undertake. In particular, sales staff—whether working in the trade or retail areas—are in regular demand.
